An independent foundation will be established overseas to be responsible for the development and operations of BitDance Network. All team members are based in Singapore, our token issuance is only for overseas markets, not for the China mainland market. The above measures can effectively avoid the risks of the China mainland government’s crypto regulatory policies.

The community includes chip manufacturers, smart device manufacturers, developers, individual users and corporate customers. The community is governed by DAO. All community members are equal, and major decisions of the community are made by all members based on the voting of the governance tokens they hold. An open source committee will be established within the DAO community to be responsible for the security audit and upgrade maintenance of open source chips and open source software.
